You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For safety equipment like riding hats and body protectors, items must be returned with all tags and seals intact to ensure safety standards have not been compromised.

Each product page features a detailed size guide. For rugs, we recommend measuring from the center of the chest to the furthest point of the hindquarters. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.
